For some, this episode may sound like a touch of madness; for others, it may feel like a foreign language. And then there will be those who resonate instantly — for whom this conversation feels like a safe homecoming. Whatever your response, one thing is undeniable: in this bath, there is JOY. There is gratitude for life. There is reverence for something larger than us.

It was easy for me to relate to much of what Kerry shares: this is a space I feel comfortable in. But I also know how potentially triggering this kind of sharing can be. So my first invitation is simply to pause and ask yourself: Why? What part of you reacts, and what might that reaction be protecting?

My second invitation is to honour the bravery of every guest who gets into this bath. Whether we agree or not, can we choose, with a generous heart, a respectful response? These conversations are not about consensus. They are about courage.

This episode lit up the room. I felt lifted by it in real time, and re‑watching it now, I feel the same. I hope you do too.
